Who are we?
Company specialised in the field of mining exploration.
Foradrill is a drilling and services mining company establish in Ivory Coast since 2020.
Our aim is to provide high quality services to mining companies in exploration and production phase. Because safety is our priority, we always think of safety of our workers and our rigs. Our team is trained for the best safety standards and our HSQE management policy is each year update to meet the best practices in the field.
We know that services for mining companies need to be safety and in accordance with good practices because we understand that the sector is too particular and need specifical skills and knowledges.
What is our vision?
We have set ourselves the objective of providing quality and proximity services to our clients in a field where skills are scarce in West Africa. We intend to play a role in the mining sector, mainly in mining drilling, in Côte d'Ivoire while developing local skills in the field of specialised service provision.
We believe that local companies and human resources should be increasingly involved in the provision of specialised services such as mineral exploration drilling. In this way, we provide local expertise based on international standards in the mining sector. We believe that mining exploration companies can only focus on their core business which is exploration itself.
All support services requested from subcontractors should not be a source of energy loss for the mining company. In such a context, we believe that we should respect the following priorities for the satisfaction of our clients.
Delay
Compliance with the deadlines set out in the contracts for the provision of services.
Security
The implementation of a CSR, safety and environmental policy in accordance with the relevant standards.
Human Resources
The use and training of local human resources .
Competition
Make proximity and reactivity assets to stand out from the competition.
Health, safety and environment
FORADRILL has integrated a health, safety and environmental component into its work methodology in order to enable its employees and customers to work in a safe environment and in accordance with recognised standards and best practices. To achieve these objectives, the company plans to :
- Train its staff in HSE issues to international standards.
- Drafting written procedures in order to better share practices in this area among its employees.
- Conduct external health, safety and environmental audits at least once a year.
- Use reliable and secure equipment to better protect its staff.
